How Rama threatened the members of the leadership for today's vote on Balluk

Edi Rama had a particular nightmare before today's session to lift Balluku's immunity, wanting all MPs to raise 83 red cards to reject SPAK's request. Aware that this exceeded the moral limit of any socialist in Lesko, convinced that some foreign diplomats had also worked with MPs within his fold, the prime minister convened the SP leadership twice within a week.
The refrain of Wednesday's meeting was the threat and open blackmail against anyone who could imagine voting for the lifting of immunity, or anyone else who would dare not be present in the hall. And Rama managed to make a success of this Thursday's session with 83 votes, thanks to three deputies of Tom Doshi, but again he was not presented in the hall, a minister who had frictions in Dibër with Belinda Balluku like Blendi Gonxhe (although formally he was on a working visit abroad; the father of the justice reform, Fatmir Xhafa, who considered the idea of voting against SPAK personally insurmountable; finally, Elisa Spiropali, who considers that she was dismissed because of Balluku, who whispered in Rama's ear that she speaks badly in embassies about corruption with road and energy tenders.
Spiropali's act is made even more strange by the fact that Rama threatened her personally during the leadership meeting on Wednesday. When the latter took the floor, Skanderbeg addressed her with language that was as brutal as it was vulgar: "Shut up, I made you a minister! Only I know who to appoint and dismiss, and I hold everyone accountable."
"It was one of the most hallucinatory meetings of the presidency that I have ever attended. I had not seen Rama in such a state since the time when Luli stole those ten votes for the municipality, forcing him to leave the office. He was worried, shouting for no reason and it seemed obvious that he could not control his emotions," a source inside the meeting told Lapsi.al, who asked to remain anonymous.
According to the same source, whose statements were confirmed by a second source, Rama found himself in an absurd situation: on the one hand, he accused the members of the leadership that the things said in their close group were sold to portals and 700 media outlets, and on the other hand, he continued to use that threatening language, knowing that all of this risked becoming public again. "It's not even worth gathering the leadership anymore, none of you interfere in my work, let alone getting my words out in the media," Rama is said to have told those present, none of whom were listening.
In addition to Spiropali, Blendi Klosi also returned to the target. Not for his loyalty, which the boss did not question, but for the fact that he was not playing the role of general secretary to make the party a success: "You are useless, you are not a general secretary at all", were the words that were thrown at him, whose reaction Rama waited in vain. "He was so stunned that he even went into personal matters - continued the source - who indicated that Rama also used the misfortune of a very close person (a personal detail that Lapsi.al did not see fit to publish), to tell those present that despite that he came and wasted time with the members of the leadership.
Tactics, instinct or perversion have made the leader of the socialists use the technique of devaluing to the point of desecrating the people around the table to achieve his goal. "You are nobody and where you are, you are from me...", "I have kept you in power for four terms", "If I leave, the PS will go to hell", were the phrases that the members of the leadership heard with distraught eyes and ears.
But what was directly related to the vote that would be held today was the killer sentence: "Whoever opposes me, I will mutilate."
"Nobody understood anything. Everyone was convinced that there was no problem in voting in defense of Balluk and that it would be carried out with an overwhelming majority. But when we went out, some of us asked ourselves, why did he want everyone in line?… It seemed like he didn't care about voting, if he was showing someone outside our ranks the message that he is the one who dominates this party ," said the source of Lapsi.al.
Of course, as expected, with only two or three absences, Rama's threats achieved their goal. He once again showed that he controls his parliamentary group with an iron fist.
But the beauty is that he achieved this by blackmailing and trampling on the dignity of those who would vote. Precisely that dignity of the MP, about whom a day later he told internationals that socio-political experiments should not be conducted with him./ Lapsi.al
