"A group attacked and injured police officers", Minister Koçiu reacts to the DP protest

Ministry of Internal Affairs Albana Koçiu, in a reaction on social media to today's protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, said that State Police employees were attacked and injured. Koçiu emphasizes that no agenda can justify the use of violence.
" The right to protest, for the umpteenth time, was violated by a group that chose force instead of words, attacking, raping and injuring State Police employees. Violence can never be a tool and no kind of agenda justifies its use. Gratitude to every police officer who showed professionalism and prudence in the face of every provocation. The police will always be at the forefront of the task to guarantee the right to protest, as well as to guarantee the safety of every citizen and public property and citizens ," the minister said.
Four police officers were reportedly injured throughout today's protest called by the Democratic Party.
