Niko Peleshi meets with the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Europe in the US Congress

The Speaker of the Parliament, Niko Peleshi, is today in Washington, the capital of the United States.

This Tuesday, Peleshi met in the US Congress with Congressman Keith Self, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Europe in the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

Through a post on social media, Peleshi shared footage from the meeting, while emphasizing the continuation of the Albania-US Strategic Partnership.

"The unwavering support of the United States for Albania, the strength of the Albania-US Strategic Partnership, and the American commitment to reforms, peace and security in the region and in the world, are essential elements of cooperation between the two countries," Peleshi writes.
