Albania doesn't just need political change. It needs a Grand Alliance between youth, intellectuals, and free citizens, a moral alliance that puts law over privilege, merit over clientelism, and national interest over clan interest.
The Citizens' Republic is the vision of a state where power serves the law and not vice versa, where citizens are respected and where public property is no longer treated as the private property of a minority.
We do not seek power for ourselves.
We demand a state for all.
This Covenant is built on seven pillars:
* Meritocracy.
* The rule of law.
* Free economy.
* Guaranteed private property.
* The family as the basis of society.
* Transparency and public accountability.
* Internal democracy and civic participation.
But no Citizens' Republic can be built without justice.
Therefore, this protest is also a clear and firm support for every institution that investigates corruption and economic crime, regardless of party, position or name. Justice must be free from political pressures and have only one ally: the law.
Albania cannot move forward without facing the wounds of thirty-six years of transition.
Those who have plundered property, destroyed the economy, squandered taxes, privatized the state, and impoverished citizens must be held accountable before the law. No one should enjoy moral or political immunity from justice.
Our cause is clear:
* Return of property to its rightful owner.
* Moral and economic compensation for the politically persecuted.
* Rehabilitation of marginalized groups.
* Quality and equal education for all.
* Dignified healthcare.
* Free economy that creates well-being and employment.
* Uncompromising fight against corruption and state capture.
Our covenant is not against individuals, but against impunity.
It is not against politics, but against the hypocrisy that has survived by robbing citizens.
It is not a call for revenge, but a demand for justice, accountability, and equality before the law.
Because a nation is not reborn when only governments change.
A nation is reborn when no one is above the law, when property is respected, when citizens feel protected, and when justice does not ask for political color.
Let this protest become the Great Alliance of youth, intellectuals, and free citizens.
Let it be the voice of those who believe that Albania can be built on values and not on clans.
Let it be the beginning of the end of the Republic of privileges and the birth of the Republic of Citizens.
