While the Mandates Council is expected to meet in a few minutes to discuss SPAK's request for Belinda Balluku's immunity, the latter has refused to be part of the meeting.

SPAK prosecutors, head Klodian Braho and Dorina Bejko Dritan Prençi, have already arrived in the hall where the Mandates Council will be held, at the Presidency of the Assembly.

Meanwhile, 10 members of the Council will also be present in the hall, 5 socialist deputies and 5 from the opposition. On December 16 of last year, a request for the removal of Balluk's mandate was received by the Presidency of the Assembly.
