The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in a media appearance made clear the position of his political force that it will not cooperate with the majority on any reform, except territorial and electoral ones.

He said that this was requested by the EU and the OSCE.

"We cannot have any other pact with Edi Rama, except for the two reforms that are also required by the EU, OSCE, and the Council of Europe. This is a given."

"Rama is an authoritarian dictator, the fiercest enemy of the opposition, and we can never cooperate with him except in these areas," he said.
