The rental contract worth 2 million and 500 thousand old lek per month that Mirlinda Karçanaj signed with the company "Forensic-Lab" managed by Erisa Malellari, an employee of Ermal Beqiri, has been revealed.
The contract was for a 4-year term, but after 3 months from signing, this lease contract was revoked by the parties and the prepayment for a 1-year period was returned by the company "Forensic-Lab" to Mirlinda Karçanaj.
Journalist Elton Qyno has learned that the contract was initially signed on March 29, 2017. The signatories are Mirlinda Karçanaj and her mother Gjenovefa Karçanaj and the tenants of the company "Forensic-LAB" represented by administrator Erisa Malellari.
The landlords turn out to be the owners of an apartment with a surface area of 92.5 m2, located on Kavaja Street.
The lease term was for a period from March 15, 2017 and ends on March 15, 2021.
The monthly rent will be 250,000 new lek and the parties have agreed to pay a 12-month prepayment at the time this contract enters into force.
This contract turns out to have been revoked through a second notarial contract signed by the parties on June 2, 2017.
With the revocation of this contract, the parties Mirlinda, Gjenovefa Karçanaj and Erisa Malellari have agreed that the landlord will return the amount paid by the tenant.
With the liquidation of this amount through existing bank accounts, the parties have no claims against each other. The contract was signed by Mirlinda Karçanaj and the administrator of the company "Forensic-Lab", Erisa Malellari.
On the other hand, it turns out that the company "Forensic-LAB" has cooperation contracts with Ermal Beqiri's company "Soft & Solutions", such as the contract dated December 23, 2017, which deal with objects in the field of information.
But Erisa Malellalri appears as a co-shareholder with Arjola Koromanin and the company "INGË-T", now suspended.
At one point, during the investigation phase, Leka stated that she was employed at the company "Soft & Soulutin" and during the job interview, she remembered Ermal Beqiri, Arjola Koroman, another citizen.
She stated that she knew that the owner of the company was Arjola Koromani and that she answered to her. While for technical issues, she was told that she should only contact Ermal Beqiri.
She further stated that she knows Erisa Malellari and that she was employed at the same company "Soft & Solution" and left before her.
Leka further stated in SPAK that he knows Meri Manaj, as she was a programmer, but Taulant Seferi does not say anything by name, adding that he does not know Artan Babaramo.
She says that with Erisa Malellari and Arjola Koromani, she discussed buying a car, as they were going to create a company together and needed a vehicle.
