Jonaid Myzyri, former head of the Public Prosecutor's Commission, was under investigation by SPAK over tender procedures during the years 2020-2023 after there were strong suspicions that they were conducted without competition, as in many cases only one company participated, and in other cases, companies were unfairly disqualified.
