"To isolate 15 prisoners"/ Prisons SPAK request: They keep in touch with criminal groups outside the cells

With the finding that they tried to maintain connections with members of criminal groups outside the cells by giving orders, the General Directorate of Prisons has asked SPAK to put 15 convicts in 41 biss.
Their names are kept secret by the institutions until the data tracked on the activity of the prisoners is evaluated, for whom the prisons are convinced that they are dangerous and that a high security prison is not enough for them but that they need to be super-prisoned and super-controlled.
This request is being examined by the SPAK special prosecutor's office, which, in case it is convinced of their closure in the strict regime, will pass this list to the Ministry of Justice for approval.
Seven prisoners are currently serving the harsh 41 biss regime, copied from the Italian model applied to mafia groups there. Ilir Kupa, Sokol Mjacaj, Aldo Hoxha, Anterio Kaloshi, Fatmri Pjetri, Nikolin Topalli and Erjon Veizaj are being held under a harsh regime in Albania. That everyone is in Peqin.
Of the two regimes, only Beijing is functional, because 41 bissi here near 313 was closed and has become a shelter for penitents and witnesses of justice, all confessors of SPAK.
