The first hearing for one of the factions of the operation codenamed "Revanshi" begins with defendants Aldo Avdyli, Edson Jozëik, Henerigert Mitri, Marklen Haka, Altin Morina, Jozi Kraja, Durim Bami, Oltion Zefi.

Only the defendant Jozi Kraja was present in the courtroom. The latter is standing by his request for the process to be conducted with a summary trial.

Aldo Avdyli has submitted a statement to be represented by lawyer Dritan Jahja, who is not present.

Oltion Zefi is not present, as is his lawyer Elis Bilali.

Henerigert Mitri does not participate in the hearing, his lawyer Ardian Leka is present.

Mariglen Haka is not present, his lawyer Erjon Kullolli is present.

Altin Mornia is not present, his lawyer is also absent due to health reasons.

Durim Bami is not present and is represented by Ilir Murati who is present. He also stands for summary judgment.

Gjergj Mihasi, the father of Erigers Mihasi, summoned in the capacity of the victim of the criminal offense, requested that he no longer participate in the hearings due to health problems and said that he had confidence in the court's decision.

SPAK, in the circumstances where some defendants and their defense attorneys are absent, postpone this court session and consider all victims of the criminal offense to have been notified, as legal avenues for notification have been exhausted.

The court orders the escorting of suspects who are arrested.

Detention periods for those arrested are also suspended.
