Meet "Shota", the first "Made in Albania" armored military vehicle built by girls

Arjeta Puca is one of the characters of 2024 according to the show "Opinion". She's known before as we've seen her build ambulances, but this year she's coming for another incredible reason. Her company has built the first armored military vehicle "Made in Albania", called "Shota".

"I had a dream to make a military car", said Puca when asked by Blendi Fevziu.

The car in question holds a total of 10 people. Puca said that at the moment only one prototype has been produced, but next year it is planned to be produced in series.

The armored car has a place to place weapons. The model of the vehicle was made with an Albanian designer and this is not without reason.

"We had fun making it as Albanian as possible",  said Puca.

Even the company that created the first Albanian armored car is generally made up of girls.

"We are a company of girls. 70% of us are girls in the company. Even in Paris they didn't believe it when they saw it. We were all chicks at the stand then. It was a little unbelievable", said Puca.

She emphasized that it is intended to obtain certification from NATO so that the car can be sent to war zones.

The former first Albanian prime minister of North Macedonia, Talat Xhaferi, also expressed his appreciation for the Albanian armored car. As a former army commander, he said that the car  "meets the requirements in terms of appearance and criteria".
