Serbian doctor left her disabled, Court awards 350 million lek in damages, owner Ardian Kazaferi disappears, connection to Pipero family

A week ago, the show "Piranjat" covered the case of Mirjana Karini, a 65-year-old from Shkodra who has significant health problems, caused by a group of people, each responsible for this massacre.
The story related to the maltreatment of this lady began on March 31, 2019, while she was having coffee with her family, and there she unintentionally broke her ankle. The first person who has a finger in Mirjana's disability is her son's friend, Saimir Suma, after he suggested the operation at the German Polyclinic in Lapraka, lying to them that they were going to the German Hospital, since the ambulance that took the lady from Shkodra was from the German Hospital. She paid 500 euros for the ambulance and 5,000 euros for the operation, but in cash, not with a tax receipt.
After the operation, the doctors told her that everything ended successfully, but it was completely the opposite. She had been mistreated. This is where the second person responsible comes into play, the Serbian doctor Gordan Gavrillovic, also a partner of the German Polyclinic. An implant was to be placed in the lady's leg, and the doctor did not place the right implant, but a stock implant, longer and thicker, thinning her bone excessively, displacing her kneecap and severing her sciatic nerve. Thus, Mrs. Karini remained disabled for life, to the extent of 72.5%.
Considering this great damage they caused her, she decided to sue the German Polyclinic and the Shkodra Court found a mountain of legal violations.
First, the German Polyclinic was not licensed to perform such surgeries, as it was only a day clinic, not a hospital;
Second, the doctor Gordan Gavrillovic was not registered with the Medical Order and did not have the appropriate diplomas;
Third, the payment was made without a tax receipt;
Fourth, the Serbian doctor had worked without an interpreter;
Fifth, he had mistreated the patient, leaving her disabled.
Thus, the Court decided that the material and non-material damage to her amounted to about 350 million old lek. This is where many people come into play, who did their utmost to avoid the execution of the Court's decision. Gavrillovic disappears, while Ardian Kazaferi, together with financial manager Saimir Suma and their lawyer Aranit Roshi, created a fictitious scheme to avoid paying a single penny to Mrs. Mirjana Karini.
First, the accounts of the German Polyclinic were emptied. Second, a fictitious scheme was created for the sale of medical equipment, which in total amounted to about 800 million old lek. Ardian Kazaferi's friend, Andrea Papa, creates the company Arthromed shpk, with which he makes an offer to the German Polyclinic for the purchase of equipment for 79 million lek. Their notarized document does not specify whether these lek are new or old. The first legal violation that Ardian Kazaferi commits is the sale of these equipment, which were encumbered in the bank, since earlier Mr. Kazaferi had taken a loan of 200 thousand euros and had left the equipment as collateral. On the other hand, Andrea Papa borrows 55 thousand euros from his friend Josif Kozma, leaving the equipment as collateral to the latter to repay the debt.
At this time, after much effort, when they realized that not a single penny would go into the lady's accounts, the latter became 100% owner of the German Polyclinic, but without a single penny in the account and without any of her equipment. And this is where the Pipero family comes into play, the owner of the 4-story building in Lapraka, where the German Polyclinic had previously operated, then Arthromed, and then the "Pipero Care" clinic, founded by Mario Pipero, the son of the famous doctor Pëllumb Pipero. The latter got the medical equipment at a ridiculous price, where journalist Freard Rista's sources indicate a sum of 60 million old lek.
Later, Mario Pipero changed the name of the clinic to "Lifeplus" and, according to sources, sold this business for hundreds of thousands of euros to 6 doctors from the Trauma Hospital in Tirana, but according to documents, the sale was made for only 1 million old lek.
Is there anyone in the world who can believe that an activity worth over 500 thousand euros can be sold for a million old lek?
"I've been in this situation for 6 and a half years now. How can they leave you in this state?! No one should be held responsible. I just came to your clinic, we must say, because I went to the hospital, I trusted you, I went into surgery, and you leave me in this state?!", says 65-year-old Mirjana Karini with tears in her eyes.
