With a fake diploma and two years past retirement age, what happened to the head of QSUT?

Two days ago, we reported on several issues at the University Dental Clinic of Tirana regarding violations related to suspicious dismissals or appointments without procedures.

Among other things, director Belisa Kaleci is accused of still keeping the chief financial officer, Liljana Kuka, in office, who has been retired for two years.

Furthermore, the latter was involved in a publicly denounced diploma forgery case in 2019, a forgery that the accused herself admitted to.

Director Kaleci, when asked about this issue, said that there are no interested candidates. But the day after our broadcast, QSUT announced a vacancy for the position of “responsible for the finance sector.”
