The project company in Zvërnec responds to the Albanian revolt: Private property, we are still in the preparation phase

A company called "Zvërnec South Adriatic Development" has announced that it is developing a major tourism project in the Zvërnec area, in the Vlora district.

According to the announcement, the project envisages an investment that could exceed the value of 4 billion euros and is expected to have an impact on the country's economic growth in the coming years.

The company says the project will create around 10,000 jobs, directly and indirectly, and will impact the development of tourism in the area.

The statement states that the land where the project will be built is private property purchased with regular documents and payments made through the banking system.

The company also explains that all steps were followed according to Albanian legislation and with the relevant permits.

According to the plan, the project is still in the preparatory phase and is being designed by an international studio. It includes hotels, tourist services and various economic activities related to tourism.

The company states that it aims for sustainable development and cooperation with the local community throughout the construction and operation of the project.
