According to the official announcement, the injured are citizen Enis Preza, 19 years old, and a 17-year-old, who are currently under the care of doctors.

At around 19:50, citizen EP, 19 years old, and a 17-year-old presented for medical assistance at the Shkodra Regional Hospital, injured with a cutting tool (knife), and are currently under the care of doctors.
Police services immediately went to the scene and, from the first investigative actions, it is suspected that these citizens were injured with a cutting tool in the "Qemal Stafa" neighborhood, during a momentary conflict.
The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues to work to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident and capture the perpetrators.
