The darkest season, Hamilton: No phone on vacation, I don't want to talk to anyone about Formula 1

Hamilton is looking forward to his break. After the end of the 2025 season, the Briton says he is ready to take a complete break to enjoy the rest period to the fullest:

"Right now I'm looking forward to the break, just to turn everything off and not talk to anyone about F1. No one will be able to contact me this winter, I won't have my phone with me and I'm looking forward to that," said the Ferrari driver.

According to Hamilton, this will be the first time he will spend the winter without his phone: "I usually always have it with me, but this time it will end up in the trash..." , he said with humor.

The end of the season for Hamilton has not been easy at all: three consecutive eliminations in Q1 between Las Vegas and Abu Dhabi, as well as another in the Sprint qualifying at Losail.

However, he tries not to be demoralized, finding strength in the support of his fans: "I have received an incredible amount of support from many people who have sent me messages. My fans have pushed me to continue, they have really been my strong point. My mother has been phenomenal, as has my father and the whole family. I can say that I have been lucky to have had such good people around me," said the seven-time world champion, who added:

" I see children and adults who support me and remind me why I do what I do and why I should never give up. For that I am truly grateful ," concluded the Briton of Ferrari, who ended a disappointing season without ever climbing the podium, while his only joy was the victory in the Sprint of China.
