Lukman on the verge of leaving Atalanta, Gasperini considers replacing him with the Albanian striker

Kristian Shpendit, a striker born in 2003, is seen as one of the most promising and interesting players in Italian football. With a brilliant start to the season in Serie B, the young "bomber" has attracted the attention of various teams in Serie A, including Atalanta.

At least that's what the media reports close to the Italian club. The Bergamas have always followed young players and are monitoring Shpendi closely, evaluating him as a possible investment for the future. On the other hand, Lukman is seen as leaving, after falling out with coach Gasperini. Thus, possible alternatives are being looked at within Italy.

Cesena is enjoying a Kristian Shpendi in excellent form this season, with 10 goals scored and capable of pulling the team together with his goals and performances. Cesena technical manager Massimo Agostini has praised the Albanian striker, highlighting his qualities as a hard worker:

"Kristian has a work ethic and an accelerated growth. He has goals in his blood and is a guy who, over time, can do great things in football."

Among the interested Serie A clubs, Atalanta seems to be a good fit for Shpendi. The Bergamo philosophy, based on the growth of young talents and their gradual integration into the first team. With the tendency always to identify players ready to make the leap from the second category, the interest in Shpendi is not surprising.

The young striker's ability to move between the lines and be decisive in front of goal fits well with Atalanta's attacking system, which requires versatile strikers capable of adapting to different modules.
