Conflict in the Middle East, coach Mancini speaks fearfully: I heard 6 explosions

The coach who won the European Championship with Italy, Roberto Mancini, has been in charge of Al-Sad since November 2025 and has found himself at the heart of a Qatar seriously affected by the dynamics of the conflict in recent hours.

Interviewed by Tg1, he described the alarming situation that hit Doha: "The alarm on my phone started ringing, with messages written in Arabic, and I heard five or six explosions. We were in church for a religious service when the alarms went off and we were ordered to return immediately to our homes and not leave," Mancini explained.

" My mother called me and was worried, but for now she can calm down. We have been following the news in recent days and, given the deployment of forces in the Persian Gulf, we thought something could happen," he admitted, "but we hoped that diplomacy would triumph. Let's hope for the best," concluded Mancini, who shared video evidence of what is happening on his social media channels.
