VIDEO/ Iran's air defenses and public television are bombed

The Israeli military has released footage it says shows airstrikes against Iranian air defense systems in Tehran. Military authorities have said operations in the Iranian capital are still ongoing.

Iranian state media reported that parts of the national radio and television headquarters were hit in today's attacks in Tehran. However, broadcasts are continuing normally, signaling that key broadcasting infrastructure has not been disrupted.

The US State Department has authorized the evacuation of non-emergency personnel and their families from Qatar. The US Embassy in Doha announced the decision due to security risks, while warning American citizens to reconsider travel to Qatar due to the threat of armed conflict.

Israeli and US attacks on targets in Tehran have brought a second day of clashes, with Iran launching counterattacks in response to the airstrikes.
