Division of the “Veliaj” file/ SPAK gives the claim for the collaborators: 7 years in prison for Abula and Goxhaj, fines and sentences for the other defendants

SPAK grants the claim for the defendants of the separate "Veliaj" case, who are on summary trial.

In their final conclusions, prosecutors Ols Dado and Altin Dumani request:

Elman Abule - 7 years, reduced to 4.8 with summary trial

Klotilda Bushka - 600 thousand lek fine, reduced to 400 thousand lek

Ina Goxhaj - 7 years in prison, reduced to 4.8, suspended, 5 years probation

Fatmir Bektashi corruption - 1 year in prison, reduced to 8 months, suspension, work in the public interest

Fatjon Baçi - 5 years, reduced to 3.4, suspension, probation

Butterfly Xhani - 60 thousand lek fine, reduced to 40 thousand lek

Frosina Bollo - 1 year, reduced to 8 months, suspended, probation 1.6 years

Adela Kondakçiu - 7 years, reduced to 4.8, exempt from sentence

Companies

Rametal shpk 18 million lek, decreased by 1/3

Kontakt shpk fined 800 thousand lek, reduced by 1/3

NGO Frobolus fined 500 thousand lek, reduced by 1/3

Elman Abule during the hearing requested a postponement of the hearing after his request for a declaration of incompetence for his case was rejected: "I have never received a tender in the Albanian state in my life, I don't know how I can be judged by this court when I have only had normal business relationships, where do I come in here," said Abule.

Adela Kondakçiu is exempt from punishment due to her status as a collaborator of justice.
