Iran opposes US on negotiations: Memorandum of Understanding does not include conditions on nuclear weapons and the Strait of Hormuz!

"A mixture of truth and lies" have characterized US President Donald Trump's recent statements regarding a possible deal that would end the war in Iran, sources who spoke to the semi-official Iranian news agency Fars said.
"Trump said that Iran is ready to open the Strait of Hormuz without tariffs, while such a condition was not included in the text of the agreement," the sources assured.
After the US lifts the blockade of Iranian ships, the Strait will be reopened, based on security measures that Tehran will take, according to Fars.
The US president's comments are "an attempt to present a fabricated victory," the agency reported.
However, the destruction of its nuclear material is not mentioned in this “memorandum of understanding,” the Iranian sources added. Instead, the conditions include the immediate payment of $12 billion to Tehran from Iran’s “frozen” funds, as well as a complete ceasefire in Lebanon.
The same sources said that this "memorandum" is in the final stages of ratification in Iran, but that a final decision has not yet been made.
Earlier, in a post on the Truth Social platform, Trump said he was preparing to make his "final decision" on a possible deal, assessing that the Strait of Hormuz should be opened "immediately" and enriched uranium "destroyed," as he wrote in capital letters.
An Iranian source also told Reuters that the US president's claim about the fate of Iran's highly enriched uranium "is not true", confirming that the memorandum does not include any conditions related to the nuclear program.
