The 28-year-old bodybuilder dies in the gym, suffers a heart attack

A Brazilian bodybuilder, Jose Mateus Correia Silva, has died after suffering a heart attack during intense training.

The 28-year-old, known for participating in international heavyweight competitions, died in a gym in Aguas Claras, Brasilia. Despite the efforts of doctors to keep him alive, the 28-year-old did not succeed.

The Daily Mail, referring to some media in Brazil, writes that the heart attack may have resulted from the use of anabolic steroids, a known factor that can cause cardiac problems.

Although there is no evidence that Jose used steroids, some have the drastic change in his rapidly aging body as an indicator.
