According to the testimony of the 29-year-old man driving the car, at some point he lost control of the vehicle and went off the road, ending up in a side ditch.

"The accident happened late at night, the car went off the road. At first I waited for someone to come and help me get out. When no one came, I tried and managed to get out of there myself."

"Since I didn't have any injuries to take to the hospital, I went home myself, with the plan to go to the Lushnja Police Station in the morning and report the accident ," said the young man who was in the accident when the police went to his apartment.
