Bad weather in the country! Landslides "paralyze" traffic on the Librazhd-Përrenjas axis

The bad weather accompanied by heavy rainfall that has swept the country this Saturday has caused problems on the Librazhd-Përrenjas road axis, near the Dragostunja area, where vehicle traffic has been blocked.

As a result of the intense rainfall, massive landslides have been recorded in some segments of the road, creating long lines of vehicles on both sides of the road. Hundreds of vehicles have remained blocked, while drivers are facing difficulties in moving.

According to media sources, the mass of soil has slipped from the area where works are underway for Corridor VIII. Work groups are on the ground, working to clear the road and restore normal traffic.

Authorities are urging drivers to exercise extreme caution while traveling on this road.

We recall that just a short time ago, at the place known as "Dragostunja Bend", another massive landslide occurred, which blocked traffic for several days and paralyzed movement on this road segment.
