26-year-old man injured with knife in Durres

A 26-year-old man was injured with a knife in Durrës, after a conflict with another person.

The 26-year-old was stabbed in the leg and fortunately is out of danger.

The suspected perpetrator of the injury is a 35-year-old man, while the Police are working to arrest him and clarify the circumstances of the incident.

"Around 2:00 PM, citizen RK, around 26 years old, presented for medical assistance at the Durrës Regional Hospital, injured with a cutting tool on his leg and with physical injuries, as a result of a conflict.

The 26-year-old is under the care of doctors, out of danger.

From the first investigative actions, it is suspected that the 26-year-old had a conflict with citizen AN, about 35 years old, who, during the conflict, caused him physical injuries and injured him in the leg with a cutting tool.

"Police services have been launched to track down the perpetrator and work continues to arrest him, " the police announced.
