Requesting release from prison, the Supreme Court rejects the appeal of Vlash Brahja and the brother of "Rrumi"

The High Court has dismissed the appeal filed by Vullnet Muça and Vlash Brahja, both suspected of being part of a criminal group that was alienating property in Lalzi Bay.

Both sought the annulment of the Court of Appeal's decision of October 2025 that left in force the "prison arrest" security measures for them.

Vullnet Muça is the brother of Aleksandër Laho, known as Rrumi, who has been declared an international wanted person and is suspected of being the leader of the criminal group.

Aleksandër Laho survived the assassination attempt that occurred at the Shkozet overpass on November 1, 2019, while he was traveling in a car with former prosecutor Arjan Ndoj, who was also injured. The victim of the assassination attempt was Andi Maloku.
