"I want to go to Tirana, but I can't"/ Traffic jam, citizen faints after many hours in traffic

With the blockage of the Përrenjas-Librazhd road, the situation has become dramatic for citizens who have been left stranded by traffic.

A woman stranded in Maliq for hours while trying to return to Tirana lost consciousness after an argument with police officers. 

"What is this? We don't know what's going on. I want to go to Tirana, I can't go. They told me to go to Gramsh, they sent me back. They told me to go there. Where are you going?", the citizen said. After saying this, the citizen lost consciousness.

The long queues were initially created due to landslides on the Librazhd-Pogradec axis and then the blockage of the alternative Moglicë-Lozhan road, making vehicle movement difficult.
