Koçeku-Shehu-Hamzai File/ Drugs in Europe and business in Albania, photos of traffickers' 'summits' in Aruba and Antwerp! Bosses shared cocaine 'accounts' and investment plan

Complete files coming from several European countries, mainly England, Spain or Belgium, provided decisive assistance to the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) in Tirana to crack down on criminal groups led by Luçiano Koçeku and Alfredo Hamzai, who drowned the continent with cocaine while laundering billions in Albania in collaboration with Artur Shehu, Ilir Shtufi, Orges Birçaj or Orest Sota.
The GJKKO decision on the 20 security measures alone turns out to be 855 pages, starting with documented meetings of drug lords in places like Antwerp, Belgium, Mallorca, Spain, or even the most famous of all, the 'summit' on the island of Aruba in the Netherlands Antilles.
In the meetings, which took place in the years 2018-2021, mainly, according to SPAK, the criminal activity of drug trafficking was discussed, but also about investments in Albania. The following two photos show the meeting in Aruba, where some of the most well-known characters associated with Albanian crime in the world participated.
Also at the meeting is Bashkim OSMANI, a character with Kosovar citizenship who has been investigated by several countries in Europe for drug trafficking, while Artur Shehu, recently known for the properties in Zvërnec or Adrian Rama, the nephew of 'Miri të Xhika', part of the Hamzai-Koçek drug trafficking network, are also seen. In the other photo, characters such as Toni LIPAJ, Artur SHEHU, or Arben Ismailaj are seen. SPAK says that Alfredo Hamzai himself was there with other members of the group such as Elton Memeti, Erjon Rama, Bujar Shehaj, etc.
The next photo shows another important meeting, that of February 12, 2019, in Antwerp, Belgium. The photo in the SPAK file shows Alfredo Hamzai with members of his group, Arben Ismailaj, Elton Memeti, and Adrian Rama.
From the files received from abroad, footage and mainly conversations at SKYECC, the prosecution says that it has been possible to prove a large drug trafficking network, with an international reach and significant tonnage, as well as the circulation of large sums of money.
SPAK also says that there is considerable evidence proving that traffickers have directed and carried out a series of notarial actions on the purchase of real estate, investing directly or hidden behind construction entities known in the construction activity and which easily obtain development and construction permits as strategic investors.
