"I have forgiven my cousin, Violand Braçellari, for hitting me with a stick. We have repaired our relationship with each other and I do not want the matter to be prosecuted," said Violand's cousin, Gani Braçellari.
This evidence was enough to prevent “Landi’s” criminal position from being further aggravated and for the case to be dismissed, despite the existence of the criminal fact. It is not known whether the cousin was threatened by Violandi to withdraw the complaint, but the event confirmed the place where the long-sought justice stood quietly. "If the standard procedures of every institution, whether of local directorates or of every structure within them, are implemented, I believe that there will be no such clashes and mistakes that have been made, as happened in this specific case.
