Residents clash with analysts in the studio: They invited us to meet with Rama in Vlora, but we had nothing to discuss

One of the residents who claims that he and others are the owners of that land under Law 7501 explained that at that meeting, Prime Minister Rama did not allow any residents from Zvërnec into the hall except the village headman.
Meanwhile, another resident explained that they had been invited to come to Albania and join the meeting, but had chosen not to attend.
Karamuço: From Vlora to Konispol, a mess of 7501 has been created. We have had many years of property problems. The lack of legal certainty is being exploited. The large volume of civil cases we have, most of which are in the coastal area from Vlora to Saranda. SPAK should have created a regional office in Vlora for these problems years ago. It is up to the institutions to look at them one by one, this conflict that is in Zvërnec is also in many other areas.
Curri: What I didn't understand today is that there is a change in the attitude of the citizens in Zvërnec when we meet the Prime Minister and those who attended the live meeting. The Prime Minister managed to convince the villagers that it was not his fault that their land was stolen. The idea is that the fact that the Prime Minister carried out a justice reform, and threw 3 quarters of them in the trash, is responsible for the delays.
A panel of judges should be brought to Vlora to deal with the issue. Both the prime minister and the villagers are interested in resolving this conflict. Or the court should grant a security measure to the lawsuit and completely block the transaction. Rama is right to say that he will not block the property if you do not have the right to sue. The villagers of Zvërnec said they want the investment to be made and then we will get the money. You said you want the property first, then you know.
Eduart Subashi: We are requesting ownership certificates. Then we will decide on the investment issue.
Resident: At the meeting that took place in Vlora, there was not a single villager from Zvërnec inside the meeting office, there was only the village headman who was not allowed to speak for a moment.
Faik Basha, security expert: Why didn't you go to protest, since you're not too far from where you live in Greece?
Curri: Weren't they villagers from Zvërnec? Where were they from?
Resident: Are you asking me? You know.
Resident: If you look carefully at the videos, Mr. Curri. If you want to know who it was, the videos are there. You know very well who they were.
Resident: Mr. Curri has been to Zvërnec and knows them very well.
Curri: Tell me who they are. I don't know them.
Resident: You know very well who they are. We were the reason that the whole of Albania rose up.
Another resident: We were called to go, but when the village heard the statements of the prime minister, who I know as the owner of the certificate, listening to them closed the whole issue, we had no reason to come and talk. He had sealed the issue, we had no doors and windows open to discuss with the prime minister. It is true that they called us to go and meet, but we had nothing to discuss. Should we go and come as legal or illegal owners.
