The situation has been further complicated after an accident occurred in the Labinot Fushë area, where two people were slightly injured.
According to preliminary data, two vehicles were involved in the accident, while the injured were transported for medical assistance with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are at the scene and are working to normalize traffic, as well as to clarify the causes of the accident.
