AKSHI, nothing before it/ Journalist warns of mega-scandal with properties after the digitalization of the Cadastre

Journalist Emirjon Senja has made strong statements regarding another scandal that, according to him, is expected to erupt very soon and which could be even bigger than the one involving AKSHI.

It is about the process of digitalization of the Cadastre and suspicions of deliberate changes to cadastral maps, carried out by interest groups with the aim of acquiring properties in the most coveted areas of the country.

According to Senja, this is a development with serious consequences, as it directly affects the properties of thousands of citizens and violates the legal security of property registers.

The journalist stated that verifications on this issue have begun and that what is being revealed could constitute "the biggest scandal of recent years", with an impact many times wider than the investigations into the AKSHI tenders.

"While we are talking about the AKSHI, in the same territory one of the biggest scandals that can happen to a country is being prepared, such as that of properties. I am talking about the process of digitizing the Cadastre, cadastral maps and ownership documents, where there is evidence that certain groups have interfered by changing the documentation, with the aim of acquiring properties in the most coveted areas of this country. I am sure that we will gather here again and talk about this scandal, in front of which the AKSHI is nothing", he declared on the show "Në Shënjestër".

Senja's warning raises the alarm about an issue that could directly affect property security in Albania, signaling a new investigation that is expected to stir institutions and public opinion in the coming days and weeks.
