17-year-old dies after being shot in the head in Tirana!

A 17-year-old boy who was shot in the head on May 24 in Tirana has died in hospital after being in critical condition for several days.

The young man was transported to the Trauma Hospital in serious condition after being injured in the apartment of 19-year-old Rigels Sylaj, in the Kthesa e Kamza area.

The incident occurred while the 19-year-old was allegedly showing an unauthorized firearm to his friends, when the gun went off, injuring the 17-year-old in the head.

Initially, the young men stated that they had heard gunshots from outside and found him injured in the yard, but later admitted that the incident had occurred inside the apartment.
