Wedding on the horizon? Lady Gaga reveals plans for marriage to Michael Polansky

Lady Gaga made a surprise revelation about her upcoming wedding to fiancé Michael Polansky during Bruno Mars' "Romantic Radio" radio show. In a recorded message, broadcast on the iHeartMedia program and TikTok, the singer asked Mars to choose a special song for the couple.
“Hi, Bruno. My fiancé and I travel all year round, but we’re getting married soon. We were hoping you could pick a special song for us,” she said in her message. Mars immediately recognized the artist’s voice and responded with humor: “I know that voice. This is my dear friend, Lady Gaga.” He chose the song “Risk It All” from his new album The Romantic and suggested she dedicate it to Polansky as a tribute to their relationship.
The couple was first photographed together on New Year's Eve 2020 at a party in Las Vegas. They then went public with their relationship shortly after the Super Bowl in Miami that same year. Four years later, the pair got engaged.
In an interview with Rolling Stone in October 2025, Gaga spoke more broadly about her relationship with Polansky and the impact he had on her life during a difficult period for her mental health. "Being in love with someone who really cared about me made a huge difference," the artist said, adding that Polansky helped her realize how precious her life is and see herself as more valuable.
