Pastiche with milk and eggs

The pastiche is a classic recipe that amazes adults and children alike with its taste.
Alfapress.al today brings you another way of preparing it, with milk and eggs.
Less expensive and with fewer ingredients, but that doesn't mean the taste isn't just as amazing.
You can use any type of pasta from long pasta to tubes or other shapes.
An easy recipe that is prepared in just 40 minutes, and without you struggling during its preparation.
Ingredients for 4 people
350 g long pasta (or other pasta)
5 eggs
50 g of butter
Salt
pepper
2 glasses of milk
Preparation
First, put a pot filled with water to boil.
When it starts to boil, add a little salt and then the pasta you have selected.
Let them simmer until they are soft.
Drain and rinse the pasta with cold water, this way the pasta will not become too soft.
Meanwhile, put the eggs in a bowl with a little salt and pepper and beat them with a kitchen wire.
Then slowly add the milk and mix again until the mixture is homogeneous.
Take a pan and put some butter in it to coat its surface.
Add the cooked pasta and add the rest of the butter in small pieces.
At the end, add the amount of milk and eggs to the pasta pan.
Place in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius to bake for around 30 minutes or until the milk has coagulated.
Alfapress.al advises you that if you want a more perfect baking, first place the pan to bake from below and then on the surface.
This way the baking will be uniform and the pastiche will be ready to serve.
