Agron Gjekmarkaj resigns as vice president of the Democratic Party!

Agron Gjekmarkaj has submitted his resignation from the position of vice-chairman of the Democratic Party to its chairman, Sali Berisha. According to sources, Gjekmarkaj has admitted that the signature decided on Endri Shabani was a mistake and, in this context, has communicated to Berisha his decision to resign.

"The decision to accept it or not remains within your competence," Gjekmarkaj declared, describing this step as an act of apology.

Gjekmarkaj also holds the position of Deputy Speaker of the Assembly, but it is not known whether he will hold this post again after this resignation from the DP:
