Pasta with minced meat and red sauce
Ingredients:
200 g pasta
300 g minced beef
1 onion
2 red peppers
150 ml pasta water
1 tablespoon tomato sauce (concentrate)
Salt, pepper, spices to taste
Preparation:
First, boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time specified on the package (reserve 150 ml of the cooking water). In a large pan, fry the finely chopped onion until soft. Add the minced meat and continue to sauté until brown. Then add the diced peppers and cook for a few minutes. Finally, add the tomato concentrate, mix well, adding about 150 ml of water from the pasta to create a thick sauce. Adjust the taste with salt, pepper and spices as desired. Toss the pasta in the ragu sauce, stir for 1 minute over the heat so that the flavors combine, and serve immediately warm.
Tip from Albana: You can serve it with grated cheese on top (like parmesan) or a little yogurt for freshness.
