Prime Minister Edi Rama concluded his visit to Dibër this evening, in an unusual way.

Accompanied by music and dance in the background, as well as rapper Nizy, Prime Minister Edi Rama also played the drums himself. Rama also inaugurated the Maqellar-Peshkopi road, the last segment that concludes the Arbri Road.

"Here is the newly completed Maqellare - Peshkopi road, which leads Arbri Street to the city center and successfully concludes this work," Rama writes.
