Tom Doshi's PSD joins votes with the SP for the approval of the draft law on energy in buildings

The Assembly has approved with 72 votes in favor and one against the draft law "On the energy performance of buildings" submitted by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy and presented as an initiator by Minister Taulant Balla.
After the strong clashes that accompanied the session during the day between the majority and the opposition, where the main topic was the elections, the absence of many deputies from both sides in the hall was noticed.
Before the vote, a break was taken until a quorum was reached, and then, with the presence of 73 deputies, where Dashnor Sula was the only one from the opposition who remained in the hall and voted against, the draft law was passed by a simple majority of votes.
The majority was saved by the presence of Tom Doshi's PSD deputies in the hall, with whom they achieved both the quorum and the majority. Among the cabinet ministers present were Taulant Balla, Ulsi Manja, Ogerta Manastirliu and, at the end, Mirela Kumbaro.
