The Ministry of Health and Social Protection reacted this evening after the end of the opposition protest, regarding the health consequences suffered by citizens and MPs.

It is learned that one person suffered from gas intoxication and was treated in hospital. Along with him was MP Luçiano Boçi, who recounted the incident live on "News 24", as he revealed that he had sustained injuries to his fingers.

"A protester is intoxicated, but his condition is stable. Deputy Luciano Boçi has presented with minor skin injuries, he is receiving the necessary treatment. His condition appears stable," the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs announced.

There is no information yet about any other injuries among MPs, citizens, or police officers.
