The joint meeting of the two parliaments of Albania and Kosovo in Pristina should be seen as proof that the two countries are with each other, in any circumstance, without any conditions.
This was the position of the speaker of the Parliament of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, at the opening of the meeting of the two assemblies.
" Kosovo is ending this year with elements related to Serbia and aiming to destabilize Kosovo.
