Energy Agreement/ Rama receives the US Ambassador to Greece at the Prime Minister's Office

Prime Minister Edi Rama received today in a meeting at the Prime Minister's Office the US Ambassador to Greece, Kimberly Guilfoyle. The latter will be present at an agreement in the energy sector between the Ministry of Infrastructure and an American company.

We recall that Ambassador Guilfoyle held an informal meeting with Prime Minister Rama at the Prime Minister's Office in March. Meanwhile, Greek media have paid attention to the agreement that will be signed today.

It concerns the construction of a floating terminal for liquefied natural gas in Devoll. Such a project is of great importance for the gas supply of the region and for the role of the Balkan countries in the European energy network.
