DP leader Sali Berisha, in his speech to the media before SPAK, where he was implementing the "Obligation to Appear" measure, also spoke about the dismissal of the former head of the Police, Ilir Proda.

He stated that Proda left office after failing to defend the villa of former dictator Enver Hoxha, during Saturday's protest by the Democratic Party.

"There is a fact, he was marked by us as a gang collaborator. But I'm afraid he left after not protecting Enver Hoxha's villa. The police came everywhere with shields, there was no one there, they thought there was no one there.

"They said that they have brought people in to say that Edi Rama lives there. The hatred for Rama is boundless, we cannot stop it. But it was clarified, he lives from time to time in Mehmet Shehu's villa ," he said.
