Everything in the hands of Rama's people, who are the loyalists hiding behind the company "ALBTrace Co" that will control cannabis in Albania

The government has designated the company "ALBTrace Co" which will deal with the process of marking and tracking the traces of the cannabis plant for medical and industrial purposes in the Albanian territory. Trusted people of Prime Minister Edi Rama who hold leadership positions in the country's institutions will be administrators and members of this company with Albanian and Arab capital.

This company is managed by Joana Suli who will be responsible for the production and distribution of fiscal stamps that will be used for products subject to excise duty.

Joana Suli took over the leadership of the State Agency for Strategic Programming and Aid Coordination (SASPAC) after the arrest of Ilir Beqaj. In December 2023, Suli was appointed head of the agency.

Among the members of this company is Alma Feskaj, who previously served as a Vetting commissioner.

Alma Feskaj was dismissed from her position at the High Council of Justice in 1996, for violating the law and incompetence. But this fact was apparently kept secret in her application to the KPK.

Another confidant of Edi Rama is a member of the company. Olsi Çoku , the former chairman of the AFSA Board, will now deal with cannabis in our country.

In the documents submitted to the national business center, it turns out that the company ALBTrace CO is a joint-stock company where 51% of the shares are owned by the Securities Printing House and 49% of the shares by the company registered in the United Arab Emirates, O&S Security and Solutions LLP.

DECISION ON THE DESIGNATION OF THE AUTHORITY AUTHORIZED TO IMPLEMENT MARKING AND TRACEABILITY.

In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and point 5, Article 34, of Law No. 61/2023, “On the control of the cultivation and processing of the cannabis plant and the production of its by-products for medical and industrial purposes”, upon the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Minister of Health and Social Protection, the Council of Ministers

DECIDED: The authorized authority for the implementation of marking and traceability, according to Law No. 61/2023, "On the control of the cultivation and processing of the cannabis plant and the production of its by-products for medical and industrial purposes", is the company "ALBTrace Co", sh.a.

The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the National Cannabis Control Agency and the company “ALBTrace Co”, sh.a., are charged with the implementation of this decision. This decision shall enter into force upon publication in the “Official Gazette”./ Newsbomb
