"I'm ready whenever you want"/ The conversations are revealed!

It was May 2020 and the then-chairman of the Democratic Party Youth Forum, Belind Këlliçi, was one of the most active in the protests taking place for the National Theater. On May 17, the buildings of the National Theater were demolished to make way for the construction of the new theater, while protests focused on the Municipality of Tirana and with strong accusations against Mayor Erion Veliaj continued for several days later.

Belind Këlliçi was escorted to the police station on May 17th, claiming at the time that he had also been raped by the state police. 5 and a half years later, Report TV has exclusively uncovered documents that may prove the reason for Belind Këlliçi's 'unparalleled devotion' in the protests against Rama and Veliaj at that time.

"I'm ready whenever you want"/ The conversations are revealed!

These communications date from May 19 and May 21, 2020. They were obtained from screenshots discovered on the phones of directors under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, seized as part of the investigations against Minister Belinda Balluku and several of her subordinates.

The messages in these two screenshots are exchanged between Belind Këlliçi and another character, Arbër Avram. At the time, Avrami was subordinate to Belinda Balluku after having headed the state-owned gas company, "Albgaz", under the Ministry of Energy for years. Arbër Avrami was reappointed twice more by Balluku to that position with a 3-year mandate, on April 6, 2021 and on April 15, 2024, to then leave in September 2024. Avrami is considered one of Belinda Balluku's closest people, while this photo was previously reported by the media as the head of "Albgaz" himself is seen accompanying the minister while shopping in luxury stores in Athens.

Let's get back to the messages. Belind Këlliçi with this phone number ending in 011, which Report TV has verified as being owned by the DP MP, wrote to Arbër Avram on May 19, 2021: " I'll be there on Thursday. Whatever you want ." The senior official, Balluk's subordinate, wrote to him that same day just a few minutes later " you can take some protesters on Thursday and join us"

Communication continues on Thursday, precisely on May 21, 2020. From the communication between them, it seems that the protest has been postponed. Arbër Avrami writes to Belind Këlliç: “ Then tomorrow, if the others agree, the total closures will be carried out .” Këlliç's readiness towards Director Avram is 100%: I will do as you wish, today and tomorrow.

So the leader of the FRPD at the time, one of the highest opposition officials, Belind Kellici, stated that he was ready to participate "today and tomorrow", leaving the date open according to the group's needs.

The fact is that on May 22, 2020, the day after this communication, another protest against the demolition of the Theater was organized, officially organized by the Alliance for the Protection of the Theater. Under the camouflage of the 'Alliance for the Protection of the Theater', dozens of protests were then organized in front of the Municipality of Tirana for the following years, led by Belind Këlliçi, who demanded the arrest of Mayor Erion Veliaj.

Just a month ago, it was Sali Berisha himself who publicly articulated that Belind Këlliçi was assisted by Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku in the protests against Erion Veliaj in front of Tirana City Hall.

Berisha's statement was made from the blue headquarters, where he called Deputy Prime Minister Balluku, the defendant in the Llogara tunnel, the biggest thief in history, but said that he will not protest against her and spoke of another internal war, this time in the pink camp.

A very important detail about the relationship between Belind Këlliçi and Belinda Balluk's subordinate is the fact that Arbër Avrami had for a long period of time as a special advisor the brother of Berisha's MP, Reshard Këlliçi. Belind Këlliçi's brother worked in the institution subordinate to Balluk with a salary of 1.9 million new lek.

The accusations that Këlliç's protests in front of the municipality were financed by Balluku have been articulated on other occasions, even by former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj in interviews given to the Berisha family's television. But this is the first time that facts have emerged that link Belinda Balluku's staff to the Theater protests, while the opposition's target was not only Erion Veliaj, but also the Prime Minister, who had just appointed Belinda Balluku a minister and after two years entrusted her with the role of Deputy Prime Minister of the country.
