A bus is attacked with gunfire in Malisheva, the suspect is arrested and a weapon is seized

A serious incident is reported to have occurred today in Malisheva, where, in the village of Pagarushë, a bus was attacked with gunfire.

The case was confirmed by the Police spokesperson for the Gjakova region, Vlera Krasniqi.

"Around 12:10, information was received regarding a gun attack on a bus in the village of Pagarushë, Malisheva, to which the relevant police units reacted immediately by going to the scene ," the Police said.

It is also added that the suspect in the attack has been arrested, and that an AK-47 firearm has been seized.

"As a result, the suspect was arrested and, in coordination with the state prosecutor, detained for 48 hours, and an AK-47 weapon was seized. No one was injured in this incident, while the case was initiated as "Attempted Aggravated Murder" and is currently under investigation ," the Police said.
