Former Serbian diplomat: During his visit to the US, Djuric was presented with the secret agreement to recognize Kosovo

Former Serbian diplomat, Nebojsa Vujovic, has commented on the visit of Serbian chief diplomat, Marko Djuric, to the United States of America.

According to him, Djuric was shown the secret and binding agreement by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio to recognize the independence of the Republic of Kosovo.

According to Vujovic, this was the main purpose of why Djuric was invited to the US, to propose a "secret and binding" agreement on behalf of the Government and the White House.

"Đurić was invited to Washington so that Rubio, on behalf of the US government and President Donald Trump, could present him with the secret binding agreement on the recognition of Kosovo's independence. This was the main purpose of Đurić's invitation to Washington. Every day, step by step, Serbia is getting closer to the formalization and official recognition of Kosovo as an independent state," the former Serbian diplomat told Beta news agency.
