Court requests arrest of former BBVK3 resident

The court has issued an arrest warrant against Atilla Kardesh, former contestant on Big Brother VIP Kosova 3, due to his unjustified absence from the July 23 court session, where he is being tried for a case with his ex-wife, Drenusha Latifi.
The hearing was held until 1:40 p.m., with Kardesh's lawyer stating in the courtroom that his client had been forced to travel to Sweden for citizenship-related matters. He added that he had been notified by phone three days earlier, but had not yet received any documents to prove this trip.
Meanwhile, Drenusha Latifi's legal representative disputed this claim, emphasizing that Kardesh is a citizen of Kosovo and Sweden and had no legal reason for not being present at the hearing.
After reviewing the circumstances, the court decided to postpone the hearing to September 25, 2025, at 09:30, noting that this date replaces the standard summons for all parties. In the meantime, the arrest warrant against Kardesh remains in effect.
