Cironka with baked olives – tradition and taste!

As you may know, cironka are small, elegant fish that you may have often tried fried in oil.

Their taste can only be described in one word: " crunchy ".

In this recipe you will mix the sweet taste of orange and lemon.

Learn the correct way to prepare it and enjoy it in your own home.

Ingredients

800 gr of cilantro

4-5 tablespoons of olive oil

1 lemon

12 green olives without seeds

100 ml white wine or vinegar

3 tablespoons of bread crumbs

1 orange

Salt

pepper

Preparation

To begin preparing oven-baked potatoes, you must first clean and wash them well.

Remove the head, scales, and entrails, then rinse with plenty of water.

Dry them well, place them in a pan and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, making sure to place the fish in a circular shape next to each other in the shape of the sun's rays.

Add a little salt and black pepper to each of them, and also top with thin lemon slices.

Add the pitted olives on top, which you can leave whole or cut in half.

Spray the pan with oil again and make a second layer of sun-shaped cookies again as you did above.

Place the extra olives on top, add the wine, a little grated cheese, pour in the remaining oil, and put in the oven.

Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes, then remove.

Sprinkle the pan with orange juice and bake for another 15 minutes until crispy.

Serve warm, dividing into small portions according to your preference./ Alfapress.al
