Experts reveal the most stressful professions: The busiest at work are...

We live in a time when stress is present in the lives of almost all of us.
Mental health professionals say that people who work with numbers, with laws, with strict deadlines, with safety and public health are the most stressed. Just as there are professions that not only don't tire you out, but also make you happy.
"In my experience, I have at least two economists a day. An economist works with numbers and cannot get out of the framework both professionally and in his personal life. And the more frameworks we have, the more we feel cramped and stressed," says Arjana Rreli, a psychiatrist for Top Channel.
Collaboration with colleagues or superiors is another stressful factor, which for some professions is even determining. "In second place are teachers, and doctors, especially emergency doctors, who are faced with the unexpected more and more every day. We continue with IT engineers, architects, because they work with well-defined deadlines," she explains further.
Lawyers, advocates, shoe factory workers who are exposed to chemicals that affect the nervous system, as well as call center employees, are also under stress.
"People who work in the media are in human relationships, which are unpredictable. During a month, three media employees can appear to me, journalists, show hosts and program coordinators mainly," adds Rreli.
The doctor shows ways to avoid being overwhelmed by stress and not letting it build up and then find a moment to manifest as anxiety or serious mental illness.
"Learn to say no and learn to delegate some tasks, to take as much time as possible for yourself and a social life by talking to friends, but without burdening each other. The more responsible you are for work, the more stressed you are about the things you do within your profession," she says.
The story also tells about less stressful professions. I don't remember being introduced to a physical education teacher or a gardener, as they are professions that take place in nature or that are related to the process of developing a flower or plant.
